Code Yellow alert for hot weather issued for 21 Bulgarian districts

It will be sunny on Monday. Clouds will form over the northern, central and northeastern parts of the country in the afternoon and the evening with a chance of brief showers. There will be conditions for hail. The lowest temperatures will range from 17°C to 21°C, for Sofia 17°C. Daytime highs will range from 33°C to 38°C, for Sofia 33°C.

It will be sunny along the Black Sea coast. Clouds will form in the northern portion of the coastline in the afternoon with a chance of occasional showers. Daytime highs will reach 29°C-34°C. The seawater temperature is 27°C- 28°C. Sea state 2-3.

It will be sunny over the mountains in the morning hours. Clouds will form in the afternoon with a chance of showers in the Balkan Mountains. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 28°C, at 2,000 meters- 21°C.

There will be occasional showers in the eastern parts of the country and in the central parts of Northern Bulgaria on Tuesday. Daytime highs will range from 28°C to 33°C.
