''The chances of forming a government with the third mandate are slim, but a miracle could happen'', We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria Co-Chairman Atanas Atanasov said. Speaking to BNR, Atanas Atanasov said that the coalition We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) would take the invitation for talks seriously if approached. He reminded that the president hands the third cabinet-forming mandate to a parliamentary group, and in this case, there is no deadline for nominating a prime minister, which gives an opportunity to hold serious consultations and look for a unifying figure. Regarding the changes to the constitution rejected by the Constitutional Court, Atanas Atanasov noted that the terms of office of more than 20 bodies, whose members are elected by parliament, have expired and new members will not be elected for years.

''We believe that the third cabinet-forming mandate is non-partisan if we consider that the other two are partisan. For us, it is a chance to restore common sense in politics and initiate stabilization in politics if we unite around a few priorities", BSP MP Dragomir Stoynev said for BNR.
