There has been an increase in Covid-19 cases over the past 2-3 weeks. This trend is observed not only in Bulgaria but also across Europe, Chief State Health Inspector Assocсiate Professor Angel Kunchev said for bTV. 200-250 cases are reported on a weekly basis, though the actual number is 5-6 times higher. Kunchev ruled out the possibility that Covid-19 was brought in from Greece. ''The neighboring country conducts more tests, leading to a higher number of reported cases and giving the impression of a higher incidence. People do not visit doctors or get tested, because the infection is milder'', noted Angel Kunchev.
