Natural gas prices are expected to decrease by around 2% in September, according to a forecast by Bulgargaz. This is clear from the request submitted to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC).
The company informs that next month, the gas supply will include quantities delivered under the long-term contract with Azerbaijan, as well as from the Chiren gas storage facility.
The energy regulator will set the final price on September 1, after Bulgargaz updates its proposal and a public discussion is held.
