Stating that this day is most exciting for first graders and for their parents, the Bulgarian president pointed out that “first grade is the most difficult and definitely the most interesting”. Addressing the older students, Rumen Radev wished the older students that they carry Bulgaria in their hearts wherever they may choose to study, work and live. The president also emphasized the important constructive role and support of parents, without whom any efforts in the educational sphere would be void.
