The second edition of Street Music Fest, a festival of street music and authentic urban culture, is taking place in the capital's Slaveykov Square from today until 29 September.

The colourful and fun festival will bring together the city's street musicians, dancers, actors, stand-up comedians and other urban artists. There will be a street photography masterclass, a flash mob and many more surprises, promised organisers Mish Mash Fest. The Street Music Fest is supported by Sofia Municipality.

This year, the festival will also present a programme of mini-concerts in various locations, in order to "house" street music in as many places in the capital as possible. The aim of the organisers is to spread the forum throughout the city and make it a celebration of independent artists.
