Bulgarians live in good health longer than most citizens of the European Union, according to Eurostat data. This country is more than 4 years ahead of the average levels in the EU at the backdrop of having the lowest life expectancy and long-unsolved problems in healthcare.
According to European statistics, Bulgarians can live in good health for 66.7 years - 4.1 more than the average value for other countries. First in the ranking is Malta with 70.2 years.
