Measures of state institutions after the escalation in the Middle East

We firmly condemn Iran's continued missile strikes against Israel, we support the regional stability and security of the State of Israel, says a position of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs uploaded on the X network.

Due to the tension in the Middle East, the police presence will be increased in key places in the capital, announced the Caretaker Interior Minister Atanas Ilkov. There will be more police officers around the embassy buildings, reports BGNES.

Caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev is convening the Security Council on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. in connection with the escalation of tension in the Middle East, the cabinet's press service announced.

Because of the war in the Middle East, on Friday, October 4, President Rumen Radev will convene an extraordinary meeting of the Advisory Council for National Security. The topic will be "Risks and threats to national security in the context of conflicts in the Middle East," necessity to take measures", reported BTA.
