The Central Election Commission has determined the polling stations abroad for the parliamentary elections on October 27

The Central Election Commission has determined the polling stations abroad for the parliamentary elections on October 27. At this stage, there are 710 polling stations in 57 countries. There will be no polling stations in Ukraine, Lebanon, Israel and Iran. There will be no polling station in the Bulgarian embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The highest number of polling stations will be opened in Turkiye - 168, followed by the United Kingdom – 112, Germany – 66, Spain – 64, the USA – 53, Italy – 27 and Greece – 23. The polling stations abroad have also been determined on the basis of the applications for voting from abroad and information received from the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. By October 14, consent for the opening of polling stations outside diplomatic missions is expected from Algeria, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway and Switzerland. In the Czech Republic, voting will take place only in diplomatic missions.
