After counting 100% of the election protocols it turned out that the Velichie party has a result of 3.999% of votes with 4% required to enter the parliament. The party will contest the results of the election. This was what Ivelin Mihailov from the party told BNR. "We have people in Information Service (the company that processes the results of the elections), who after the end of the election day started telling us that they were deleting votes for Velichie. I can't tell about my sources, because then people have problems", Mihailov said.
29 votes are needed in order for Velichie to reach the 4 percent barrier. In response to a question whether there was a reason to cancel the elections, CEC Deputy Chair Rositsa Mateva said that this was up to the Constitutional Court if it received an appeal.
The data so far is not final and the official results will be clear after the re-introduction of the data in the CEC. The final results and distribution of mandates will be announced by October 31.
