Vote annulment will not lead to new Bulgarian government, GERB leader Boyko Borissov says

Whether there will be negotiations to form a government will become clear after the election of the speaker of the National Assembly. Parliamentarism requires that the speaker be a GERB member and we will not compromise, GERB leader Boyko Borissov told a press conference. 

According to Borissov, the results of all successive elections so far show that GERB, the coalition We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) and the Vazrazhdane party have about the same results

"Will the annulment of the vote change the results, will it make it possible to form a government, Borissov asked? Or should we go straight to elections - in the clear knowledge that the eighth election will only be a preparation for the ninth? There is no good DPS, I will not work with them, but I will not allow the Constitution to be violated either," Borissov continued, adding: "You don't form a government with declarations before talks.
