The Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski has made available for free use the latest generative artificial intelligence chat application BgGPT, available at bggpt.ai.
"Bulgaria becomes the first country in Europe to release its own chatbot application for public use based on its own generative large language models built in Bulgaria," said INSAIT founder Prof. Martin Vechev and demonstrated the capabilities of the new version of BgGPT.

All kinds of questions can be asked in the app - from solving problems in mathematics, chemistry, physics, to writing creative projects, to questions about cooking recipes, sports, travel and much more. The new BgGPT chat is nearly four times more powerful than its previous version, which was released in March this year.
With the new technology, BgGPT has the potential to keep getting better depending on how many people use it, so the entire Bulgarian society can participate in its upgrading.
