The focus of the conference in Montenegro was the topic "Culture and Art for Sustainable Development". The Ministers of Culture of South-East Europe adopted a declaration on sustainable development, which included Bulgaria's proposal to establish a Fund for Cultural Cooperation between the countries of South-East Europe and a statute for its functioning. "We strongly believe that this fund will serve as an important instrument for strengthening cultural cooperation in the region.
