GERB-SDS have sent an invitation for an "expert conversation" on forming a government to "Democratic Bulgaria", ITN and BSP. There will be no invitation to "We Continue the Change", GERB leader Boyko Borisov said. He asked President Rumen Radev to postpone the handing over of the first mandate for forming a government, which was supposed to take place on December 16.

BSP said that they are ready to respond to the invitation for an "expert conversation to seek a solution and find support for a government that will solve the important problems facing the country". A meeting of the BSP National Council is scheduled for Sunday and the final decision on the negotiations will be made at the Coalition Council. The BSP expects the talks with GERB to be public and to take place between December 16 and 20.
