It authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to conduct negotiations, the Prime Minister to sign the agreement, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take the necessary actions to implement this decision, the Speaker of the Parliament said. "Since there is a decision of the government, the Prime Minister must comply with it and not seek support and transfer responsibility to the National Assembly," Kiselova added.
