Severino Kozhuharov, co-owner of the newspaper "BG BEN", which is published in the UK, presented an honorary award "best partner and active contribution to the development of the newspaper "BG BEN" for 2024 to the chairman of the Agency for Bulgarians Abroad Rayna Mandzhukova.
