The new week starts with sunny weather and higher temperatures

On Monday, the cloud cover over Eastern Bulgaria will break up and it will be mostly sunny across the country. There will be light to moderate westerly and northwesterly winds. Daytime temperatures will rise. The lowest temperatures will range from minus 4°C to 1°C, for Sofia around minus 3°C. The maximum temperatures will range from 7°C to 12°C, for Sofia around 7°C.

It will be mostly sunny in the mountains, with scattered high clouds in the afternoon. There will be moderate northerly and northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 4 °C, at 2,000 meters- around minus 3°C.

There will be significant cloud cover along the Black Sea coast. There will be light to moderate westerly and northwesterly winds. Daytime highs will range from 6°C to 7°C. The seawater temperature is 8°C-10°C. Sea state 2-3.
