Traffic at the border crossings of Bulgaria is normal, the Border Police has reported. However, about 200 trucks are waiting to cross the Danube Bridge and have parked on the boulevards in Ruse.
The trucks are waiting because of repairs on the bridge and the removal of the so-called "virtual queue". Regional Governor Dragomir Draganov said that heavy traffic is expected to come from the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing with Turkiye on Thursday and Friday.
