Prof. Kostadin Angelov has been elected as the first rotating chair of the Council for Joint Government Management. The first meeting was attended by Minister of Finance Temenuzhka Petkova and Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev as representatives of the government. Donchev has been appointed to lead the preparation of the general legislative and management program.

Minister Petkova made the coalition acquainted with the financial situation of the state and the need for a regular budget. The composition of the parliamentary committees has been discussed in order for them to start working. It was unanimously supported that the decisions of the Council would be announced with press releases, the press center of the GERB party informed. There is no final decision on the appointments of regional governors and deputy ministers, because each name will be discussed separately in the presence of the Prime Minister, who is paying a visit to Strasbourg.
