Bulgaria received an invitation from the Élysée Palace to take part in the meeting, which is scheduled to take place later today. Prime Minister Zhelyazkov will participate at the meeting via video conference.

Norway, Canada, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium have also been invited to the meeting.

The debate will follow Tuesday's meeting in Riyadh between US and Russian officials who discussed the war in Ukraine. Ukraine and Europe were not invited to the negotiating table.
