Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 1 March 2025

Cloudy and rainy weather on the first day of March

On Saturday it will be mostly cloudy with light rain, which in some places in the northern regions of Bulgaria will be mixed with snow. There will be almost no precipitation in Southeast Bulgaria. In the morning hours in many places in the plains and lowlands there will be fog. The minimum temperatures will be between 1°C and 6°C, in Sofia - 4°C, and the highs between 7°C and 12°C, in Sofia - 8°C.

In the mountains it will be cloudy with light rain, above 1,500 m - snow. A moderate westerly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be about 5°C, at 2,000 m - about minus 1°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly cloudy, but with almost no precipitation. A light to moderate southeast wind will blow. The maximum temperatures will be between 7°C and 9°C.

In the Balkans it will be mostly cloudy.  In Athens daytime highs will reach 17°C, in Belgrade and Istanbul – 12°C, in Bucharest – 6°C.
