Weather forecast for 5 February

Spring-like warmth and sunshine on Wednesday

On Wednesday morning, low clouds or fog may form in some plains, valleys and areas near water. Minimum temperatures will range from 4°C to -1°C, with Sofia around -1°C. The day will be sunny with light winds mainly from the northwest. Maximum temperatures will be between 13°C and 18°C, reaching around 15°C in the capital.


In the mountains it will be sunny with light to moderate east-northeast winds. The maximum temperature will be around 10°C at 1,200 meters and 4°C at 2,000 meters.


Sunny weather will prevail along the Black Sea coast. Maximum temperatures will range from 10°C to 13°C, while sea temperatures will be 5-6°C. The sea swell will be low, at 1-2.


Thursday will remain warm and sunny with pleasant spring temperatures. Daytime highs will approach or reach 20°C in many areas.
