Boyko Borissov: The ruling majority is not stable

Photo: BTA

Commenting on a statement from yesterday by the leader of "Democracy, Rights and Freedoms-DPS" Dzhevdet Chakarov that his party might reconsider its support for the majority in parliament, GERB leader Boyko Borissov said today that the ruling majority is not stable at all.

He added that the problem comes from the fact that the majority is made up of diametrically opposed parties, gathered to adopt the budget and for Bulgaria to enter the eurozone. Everyone "can rock the boat as they want", Borissov added. Chakarov's dissatisfaction is caused by the fact that candidates for deputy ministers proposed by the DPS around Ahmed Dogan have not been appointed for weeks. At the same time, appointments are being made on proposals from Peevski's DPS- New Beginning, which broke away from Dogan.
