According to him, Bulgaria has an interest in ensuring that the truth is clear. ''We would not allow ourselves, at this early stage, to engage in speculation or base ourselves on assumptions, thus jeopardizing Bulgaria's foreign policy reputation'', commented Bulgaria's Minister of Foreign Affairs.
