The wounds of all 15 victims of the tragedy in the town of Kocani, North Macedonia, and admitted to hospitals in Bulgaria are stable. They were treated according to all the rules, but the most aggravating circumstance is the inhalation of poisonous gases. This is where some of the problems of those treated come from. This was what Silvi Kirilov, Bulgarian Minister of Health, told bTV.
The minister said that 15 people of different ages from North Macedonia were admitted to hospitals in Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv, with only two of them being 30 years old. The rest are under 30 years old, and five are under 18 years old.
"We have two patients who are not on mechanical ventilation, we can say that they are in good general condition, and those who are on mechanical ventilation are in serious stable condition," Kirilov announced.
