Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora and Plovdiv are the cities where the number of job offers has increased. Sofia ranks sixth in terms of growth, but still accounts for the highest number of vacancies - 40% of all listings nationwide.
A decrease in remote work is observed — a 4% decline and 1% decrease compared to the previous year. Job offers for remote work make up only 8% of all job postings. The decline is most pronounced in the IT sector (47%), followed by administrative and support services (18%), outsourcing (15%) and trade and sales (11%).
