For the third day, the beach in Pomorie has been covered with oil slicks that continue to surface.
Although Pomorie Mayor Ivan Alexiev is aware of the problem, the municipality has not taken action to clean it up, according to the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water-Burgas.
