Booker Prize winner Georgi Gospodinov will will be guest at the International Book Fair in Prague on 16 May at 5 p.m., as announced by the Zhanet 45 publishing house. He will present his novel Time Shelter, published in the Czech Republic as Časokryt and translated by David Bernstein.
The event will feature simultaneous translation into Bulgarian and Czech, taking place on the Franz Kafka stage at Průmyslový palác. There will be an opportunity to meet the author and get an autograph in hall KE202, pavilion E.
Time Shelter was published in 2020 and won the International Booker Prize in 2023.
