Primorsko turns into center of sailing and culture

Primorsko is the new seaside capital of sports and culture, the municipality announced. Today, the European Sailing Cup event for the Olympic classes ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 officially starts in the town. The competition, in which 50 yachts from 10 countries will participate, will last until May 25.

"Primorsko" folklore ensemble will perform on the central square today, and in the evening a concert by the rock band "Kerana and the Cosmonauts" will take place.

Tomorrow, May 24, Primorsko will celebrate its holiday. On that day, the new square of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius will be opened in front of the church in the old quarter. This will mark the beginning of the longest music festival in Bulgaria - "Prim Fest". The forum will last throughout the summer season and will offer 70 days of free concerts and other cultural events.
