It's You I Want – new single from Bulgarian supergroup The Foundation

Bulgarian supergroup The Foundation isn’t just a band — it’s a cultural force, an institution committed to building bridges between past and present through Bulgaria’s timeless songs. That's why Doni, Ivan Lechev, Slavcho Nikolov, and Venko Poromanski rarely release original music — making each new track an event in itself.


Now, they present It's You I Want (Orig. - Iskam Teb), with music and lyrics by Doni. The arrangement is the work of the entire supergroup, and the orchestration for symphony orchestra was created by conductor Konstantin Dobroykov.


Accompanying the four members are some of their distinguished colleagues and friends — artists from across generations, including some of the brightest voices of the youngest wave: Lubo Kirov, DARA, Mihaela Marinova, Slavin Slavchev, and Elizabet.


The song's premiere marks the start of a European tour, followed by concerts across Bulgaria. The final stop on the tour will be at the Apollonia Festival in Sozopol, where the musicians from The Foundation will lead a masterclass and perform a special concert with young artists.
