The third edition of Bulgaria's first Latin festival, Ocho Latin Fest, is taking place on 27 and 28 June in Rotonda Square, Sofia Central Station. The festival is entirely dedicated to Latin American music and its subgenres. Its aim is to promote Latin American culture in Bulgaria through music and dance, recreating the vibrant carnival atmosphere characteristic of the region, according to BNR Sofia. Admission is free and the programme is suitable for all ages.
Running from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., it includes themed DJ sets, open Latin dance lessons, Cuban percussion workshops and live performances. Authentic cocktails, delicious food and a carnival atmosphere will create a lively atmosphere.
