The Sultanate of Oman's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, will visit Bulgaria from 2 to 4 July 2025 at the invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart, Georg Georgiev, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday.
This will be the first visit by an Omani foreign minister to Bulgaria since diplomatic relations were established between the two countries.
The visit aims to elevate bilateral relations and promote closer cooperation in key areas such as the economy, trade, investment, and energy.
Official talks will be held today, 3 July, between the two foreign ministers and their delegations.
