Scorching Friday with temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees

It will be sunny and hot on Friday. Maximum temperatures will range between 33°C and 38°C, around 33°C in Sofia.

It will also be sunny along the Black Sea coast. There will be a light to moderate easterly and southeasterly wind in the afternoon hours. Daytime highs will range between 26°C and 30°C. The sea water temperature will be around 23°C–24°C. Sea state 2 on the Beaufort scale.

In the mountains, the weather will be mostly sunny with a light northeasterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 28°C, at 2,000 meters around 21°C

It will be sunny and hot across the Balkans. Temperatures will continue to rise.
