86.4% of Bulgarians support the protests by young doctors and medical specialists calling for higher pay, while only 7.3% disapprove. 5.8% were unaware of the issue, while a small percentage found it difficult to answer.

These are the results of an independent telephone survey conducted by the Myara sociological agency between 12 and 16 June 2025. The survey questioned 800 adult Bulgarian citizens to gauge their attitudes towards various types of protests in the country in recent weeks.

According to Myara agency representatives, the results show that the public practically unanimously supports the demands of the young medics.

Opinions on protests against Bulgaria joining the eurozone are far more divided, with a clear majority in favour: 56.3% support the protests, while 36.2% do not. 3.8% were not familiar enough with the issue to form an opinion, and 3.7% admitted that they were unable to judge.
