President Radev and Premier Zhelyazkov send greetings to the United States on the occasion of Independence Day

Bulgaria’s Premier Rosen Zhelyazkov extended his warmest congratulations to the President, the government and the people of the United States on the occasion of July 4 – Independence Day. ''Bulgaria and the United States continue to deepen their strategic partnership — from cooperation in defense and energy to innovation, education and cultural exchange. Our transatlantic bond remains a pillar of peace and prosperity'', Rosen Zhelyazkov stated.

''I believe that the allied relations between Bulgaria and the United States will continue to develop for the benefit of our peoples and on the basis of our common interests and high responsibilities for the promotion of global peace and security'', said President Rumen Radev in his congratulatory address to U.S. President Donald Trump, in which he extends his wishes for health and success to him and the American people on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day — July 4.
