Sofia-based INSAIT institute is a co-organizer of a US AI competition

The Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology (INSAIT), which is part of Sofia University, will be a co-organizer of the Physics-IQ Challenge competition, the university announced.

The competition will be part of the International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), as the forum will be held on October 19 in Hawaii, USA, and is among the leading global events in the field of artificial intelligence and computer vision. Physics-IQ Challenge aims to assess the ability of generative artificial intelligence (AI) models to create videos that reflect real-world physical laws, Sofia University noted.

Among the invited speakers are leading scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Washington, the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Texas at Austin and other scientific institutions, BTA reports.
