Weather forecast for August 14

Maximum temperatures will drop by 2-3°C during the day

On Thursday, the lowest temperatures will be between 16 and 21°C; in Sofia – about 18°C. During the day it will be sunny over most of the country. In the afternoon hours, there will be temporary increases in cloudiness over the southern and western regions. The wind will be moderate from the east-northeast. The highest temperatures will reach 30 to 35°C. In the capital city it will be around 31°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be sunny with temporary increases in cloudiness in the second half of the day over the southern part of the coast. There will be moderate northeasterly wind. The highest air temperatures will be between 27 and 29°C. Sea water temperature is 26-27°C.

In the mountains it will be sunny before noon. In the afternoon hours, cloudiness will temporarily increase. There will be moderate to temporarily strong easterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m. will be around 25°C; at 2000 m. - around 19°C.
