Burgas Municipality and Vivacom Art Hall Oborishte 5 Gallery present the international American Art exhibition, which brings together works by some of the most significant American and world-famous artists of the 20th and 21st centuries in Burgas. The opening is on August 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the "Sea Casino" Cultural Center.
Musical accompaniment will be provided by prominent jazz musicians Antoni Donchev (piano) and Georgi Donchev (double bass). The presentation of world-renowned authors and established Bulgarian artists is among the events in support of Burgas' ambition to be the European Capital of Culture 2032.
Part of the exhibition includes works by Hristo Yavashev (Christo, 1935–2020) - a Bulgarian artist, known for wrapping monumental buildings; Andy Warhol (1928–1987) – pop art icon; Keith Haring (1958–1990) – street artist with messages of equality and freedom, and others.
