Stiliana Nikolova takes second position in the standings at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Rio de Janeiro

After the performances with hoop and ball, Bulgaria's Stiliana Nikolova has taken the second position in the qualifications of the 41st World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Rio de Janeiro.


Nikolova played very strongly and with an asset of 58.750 points (29.350 on hoop and 29.400 on ball) she has qualified for the finals in the individual all-around. The Bulgarian gymnast received the following results - 29.350 (difficulty 12.800; artistry 8.350; execution 8.200) on hoop and 29.400 (12.800; 8.200; 8.400) on ball.

The other Bulgarian gymnast Eva Brezalieva with a total of 55.500 (28.150 in hoop and 27.350 in ball) occupies temporary eighth place.

The combinations with clubs and ribbons are coming up, after which the provisional ranking on the first day of the qualification and the finalists in hoop and ball will become clear.
