Weather forecast for September 25

Autumn weather changes expected

On Thursday, the lowest temperatures will be between 9 and 14°C; in Sofia – about 12°C. During the day there will be rain showers in the western and southeastern regions of Bulgaria. The precipitation will be more intense in the afternoon in the Rila-Rhodope region. The wind from the east-northeast will strengthen and will bring cold air. There is a yellow code for strong wind in 13 regions along the Danube River, the Black Sea coast and in Strandzha and Sakar. The highest temperatures will be from 20 to 22° in the northeast and up to 28-30° in the southwest. In the capital it will be around 25°C.

It will rain along the Black Sea coast. The highest air and sea water temperatures will be from 21 to 24°C.

In the mountains, it will be mostly cloudy with rain showers in the massifs of the western half of the country. The precipitation will be more intense in the Rila-Rhodope region. There will be a light to moderate wind from the east-northeast; in the higher parts - from the west-northwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m. will be about 18°C; at 2000 m. - about 12°C.
