Two employees of the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration” have been detained for 72 hours. They were arrested by the Sofia Police because they demanded a bribe from four truck drivers who were transporting equipment for the concert of British pop star Robbie Williams in Sofia on September 28.

From its sources, BNR learned that the bribe was demanded at the end of the previous week. The four trucks were stopped upon entering the capital by a team of the agency. The requested bribe amounted to a total of 500 euros. BNR also learned that the truck drivers filed reports with the police and on Saturday, September 27, the corrupt employees were detained.

BNT adds that a report from the organizers of the concert was also filed with the British Embassy.
