Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov called on ministers to focus on solutions rather than excuses, warning of targeted actions aimed at destabilising the political environment.
Speaking at the start of a cabinet meeting, Zhelyazkov advised ministers not to succumb to collective or personal provocations, urging them to carry out their duties responsibly.
