Foreigners often want to pay in euros. The reason is that the goods already have a price in the European currency, the commercial establishments in Kyustendil say. Sellers have some difficulties explaining that this cannot be done before January 1, Bulgarian National Radio correspondent in Kyustendil, Kiril Falin, reports.
At the same time, Kyustendil residents are worried whether after January 1 they will still be able to shop in Bosilegrad, in Eastern Serbia and in North Macedonia, using Bulgarian levs as they often did before.
