The competition is open to violinists from all countries and nationalities, provided that they have not reached the age of 30 by the time the event takes place. In this way, it not only pays tribute to one of the brilliant Bulgarian musicians but also creates opportunities for young talents - the future of classical music.
On 23 November, a gala concert of the laureates will be held in the concert hall of the National Music Academy in Sofia.
