“I call on all representatives of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms in local government — mayors and municipal councilors — to ensure security and predictability for the people and to take the necessary steps to keep all local taxes and fees unchanged in 2026”, stated the leader of “DPS – New Beginning”, Delyan Peevski.

“Municipalities have always been at the heart of our policies because they are the direct link to the people. They can always count on our support, both through the ‘New Beginning for Regional Development’ platform and within the National Assembly and the executive branch”, Delyan Peevski added.
