On Wednesday, the lowest temperatures will be between 3 and 8°C. In the regions with strong wind it will be up to 10-12°C. In Sofia it will be around 4°C. In the western parts of the Danube Plain and the Upper Thracian Plain it will be foggy. During the day over the western half of the country it will be mostly cloudy and in many places there will be rain. Over Eastern Bulgaria the cloud cover will be broken and there will be moderate to temporarily strong southerly wind. In Western Bulgaria the wind will be from the northwest, bringing cold air. The highest temperatures will be 7-8°C in the northwestern regions, to 18-20°C in places in Eastern Bulgaria and the regions with southerly wind. In the capital city it will be around 12°C.
There will be scattered clouds over the Black Sea coast and moderate southerly wind. The highest air temperatures will reach 17 - 20°C. The sea water temperature is 15 – 16°C.
In the mountains it will be mostly cloudy. There will be rain in places in the massifs of Western Bulgaria and in the Rhodopes. Snowfall is expected above 2200 meters. There will be strong to stormy southerly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be about 10°C; at 2000 m - about 4°C.
