Bulgarians travel more abroad, foreigners make more trips to Bulgaria: statistics

The National Statistical Institute reports that in May 2016 Bulgarians made 565,000 trips abroad or 16.8% more on May 2015. The rise is trips is the biggest to countries like Germany /56.9%/, Austria /53.6%/ and Serbia /36.1%/. In the meantime visits of foreigners to Bulgaria came to 808,000 or 13.1% up on May 2015. Most foreigners visiting Bulgaria come from EU - 62.6%.
