The European Commission has agreed that natural gas from Russia could be delivered to the "Balkan" gas hub. This is what European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker wrote in a letter to Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. In response to a letter by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, Juncker also pointed out that the European Commission agreed Bulgaria to build a new nuclear reactor, as the country should notify the Commission in accordance with the requirements.
