Today, each country needs reliable partners and good friends more than ever, Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev said in the Montenegrin town of Cetinje. President Plevneliev attended the official ceremony on occasion of the 10th anniversary of the restoration of the diplomatic relations between Montenegro and Bulgaria.
