Solidarity with Turkey over Istanbul nightclub attack

"We feel solidarity with the people of Turkey at this moment of hardship. We convey condolences to the families of the victims and wish fast recovery to the injured. Bulgaria, as a member of the European Union and NATO, as a friendly neighbor of Turkey, condemns strongly the attack on civilians and expresses its solidarity for protection against the common threat of terrorism”, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov wrote in his Facebook account. The Turkish authorities have confirmed 39 killed and 69 injured in the attack on a nightclub in Istanbul during New Year celebrations
